Name and Logo Design.Amongst many, one of my roles was to conceptualise the name and logo for Sing Fuels’, a local global energy trading company newest venture: 129 Knots, a digital platform dedicated to Trade Finance, Credit Solutions, and Asset Tokenisation. The name 1.29°N holds a strong connection to Singapore, representing its latitude and the nation's role as a global leader in marine energy trading. It encapsulates the vision of being a transformative force in the industry, building a lasting legacy. The first logo concept conveys speed and precision, essential traits of a platform that streamlines marine energy trading “at the tip of your fingers”. Its design draws inspiration from the motion of a smartphone screen lock, forming the numeric sequence. The second concept highlights interconnectedness, symbolised by circular tokens forming a knot—a nod to "knot," a unit of speed in maritime terminology. This design represents the swift connection of elements, embodying trust and strength, ideal for the blockchain industry.
